Creamies HQ Gmail Access uses Google OAuth with read-only Gmail access. It accesses only the Gmail messages needed to identify and process game-account access-code emails for the configured Creamies HQ workflow.

How information is used

Email content is used only to complete the requested access-code workflow for authorized Creamies HQ Discord users. Gmail data is not used for advertising, sold, or shared with unrelated third parties.

Storage and retention

The service stores the OAuth credentials required to maintain its Gmail connection and minimal processing metadata, such as completed message identifiers, to prevent duplicate handling. It does not maintain a separate archive of mailbox content for unrelated use.

Security

Access is restricted to the service configuration and authorized administrators. You can revoke this app's Gmail access at any time from your Google Account connections settings.
